Work Package 4 represents the piloting and validation phase of the BRISWA 2.0 course, tested in real higher education settings 🎓 to assess its effectiveness, content, and pedagogical approach in addressing racism from a systemic perspective 🌍.
The course is delivered across partner universities 🤝, maintaining a common structure while being flexibly adapted to different academic and cultural contexts. It involves students from diverse fields 📚, fostering an interdisciplinary and multicultural learning environment 🌐.
Teaching combines theory and experiential learning 🧠⚙️, including case studies, discussions, and simulations. A key component is the BRISWA 2.0 simulation environment 💻, allowing students to experiment with policy decisions 🏛️ and understand their impacts and interdependencies 🔄.
The course is supported by a Moodle platform 🖥️, enabling both synchronous and asynchronous learning ⏳ and ensuring coordination across institutions. Continuous feedback 📝 from students and staff is used to improve quality, effectiveness, and sustainability.
Overall, WP4 is a key consolidation phase 🔑, laying the foundation for the wider adoption of the course at European level 🇪🇺.
